Health & Prescription Services is open and serving clients 9am -2pm Monday through Friday. To reduce appointment times, you may call first to determine what documents you will need to provide. We are seeing clients in office. We can accommodate 2 in our waiting area at one time per CDC recommendations. If we have assisted you within the last 12 months, please call as an appointment may not be needed. Please note our staff are doing all we can to provide as sanitary environment as we are able. If you are looking for information, we have also updated our website with additional information and links for quitting smoking, healthy recipes, saving money on scripts and more! Need help with making healthier choices? We’ve created a no-judgement group on Facebook called Gulf Coast Healthy Choices. It’s a group for those wishing to start living a healthier lifestyle, especially those battling chronic illnesses. We encourage those from Jackson and George county to join. We will be providing nutritional recipes that range from gluten – dairy – sugar – grain free and budget friendly and everything in between. We are also providing information from the National Institutes of Health on exercise and wellness. We are committed to help you live your best healthy life! Prevention and Safety Services (PASS): Car Seat services, including rentals, exchanges, extensions and returns are now available at all JGRLS branches in Jackson and George Counties. Clients may contact their local library to schedule an appointment for services. Payment options include check or money order and should be placed in a sealed envelope and given to the Library employee at the time of service. As we find ourselves in need of maintaining the safety and well-being of our clients, our staff and our community, Gulf Coast Family Counseling Agency will be providing telehealth services to our clients from today forward and our physical office location(s) will be closed. We are making attempts to touch base with all clients who have scheduled appointments in order to make arrangements for telehealth to meet your needs.
