2008 Campaign for United Way Coordinators: United Way for Jackson and George Counties Dear Campaign Coordinators, volunteers, and donors, It’s time to raise the curtain on our 2008 United WayCampaign for Jackson & George Counties. This year our theme is “Lights, Caring, Action.” We’re excited about this year’s campaign and hope we raise your level of awareness and caring If we have just one wish this year it would be that the campaign makes it perfectly clear what the need is in our community. We know if we make this message clear, you as a community will respond to that need and contribute like you’ve never contributed before. We’re also highlighting our Community Impact Grants. These grants give United Way the opportunity to contribute even more to support our community through specific grants to nonprofit agencies. Community Impact Grants are not limited to United Way agencies; any nonprofit organization in Jackson or George County can apply. So let’s shine some Lights on the many ways the United Way provides Caring to their agencies and Community Impact Grant recipients in our two counties. We hope we motivate you to take Action and help us raise the curtain for our community! Sincerely, Bob Spiker & Amy Brandenstein This site was developed to give you access to information about our annual campaign and provide you with the tools needed to run a successful campaign. We want to make sure you are up to date on our campaign from beginning to end.
