Special Events

United Way for Jackson & George Counties holds special events throughout the year to promote its programs and thank its donors.  We have three campaign events each year with special programs and themes.  This year's campaign theme is "United Ever After!" and will explore the fun, nostalgia and untity found in board games.

Each spring we have our Volunteers Are Important People Awards luncheon, where we honor the top volunteers in Jackson and George Counties and bestow the United Way Humanitarian Award - the highest honor a volunteer can receive from our organization.
